Major Duties and Responsibilities Data Entry and Processing Perform data entry and processing activities, using MS Excel and ArcOnline Input into data collection plan with GIS Mapping Senior Officer Work with ArcGIS to prepare the IAMPs every month Support logistics activities Communication Receive and process data from Medair teams and other NGOs Communicate issues with data to Medair teams and other NGOs Communicate implementation problems or issues to Project Manager and GIS Mapping Senior Officer Teamwork Work where required to help the various activities carried out by Medair Zahle   Person Specification and Competencies Some experience of working in an office and with big amount of data. Desirable work experience in a NGO. Good knowledge of spoken and written Arabic and Spoken and written English Excekkent abilitt in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of databases and how to work with them Technical aptitude to pick up digital data collection methods Able to use Smart Phone. Good working knowledge of other Windows packages Familiarity with ArcOnline, Collector and ArcGis PAssionate about serving the poor. self-motivated Enthusiasm Desire to learn Aptitude for community mobilisation and engagement Team-player with good inter-personal skills willing to support others and share workloads Capacity to work underpresuure and manage personal stres levels. Creative, Open minded, flexible, self-learner Ability to adapt communication srtategies for different situartions Strong communication,particularly verbal Good in mathematics Able to take initiative in data collectin planning when on the field Ability to translate betwen written Arabic and English
