Summary of the Job:

Maintaining network systems, servers, and information
security in the center / network of centers in good and safe condition, and
training staff on the correct and required use of the information system.

Main
tasks and duties:

·      
Full knowledge
of all center equipments and devices and their types such as computer, switches,
network and network servers etc.

•      
Carrying out
all necessary tasks to maintain the proper functioning of the networks,
servers, information security and telephone network systems in the center /
network of centers in good condition, including operating and following up the
work of the information system and solving all problems facing this system.

•      
Ensuring the
application of the agreed routine information system to work in the center, as
well as the application of the information technology work system

•      
Training all staff
in the center on the correct and complete use of the information system, each
according to the tasks assigned to it.

•      
Maintain
records of staff using the health information system and the Internet.

•      
Monitor the
Internet and its problems and properly monitor the use of workers.

·      
Preparing any
new electronic equipment’s, whether for new or existing workers, and also
setting up printers, for example.

•      
Organizing the
process of taking a periodic copy of the center's data (at the end of each
working day).

•      
Help with data
extraction.

•      
Periodic
detection of all computers in the center to ensure that they are working in a
safe and effective manner, and that they repair them as soon as possible.

•      
Work with staff
to identify computer problems, provide advice on solutions, and implement
solutions as quickly as possible.

•      
Testing and
repairing equipments.

·      
Compliance with
the internal system of the center, and adherence to the policies and work
procedures established within the center regularly.

•      
Developing key
business relationships and maintaining their proper functioning.

•      
Work to develop
self-performance and the performance of others.

·      
Respecting and
appreciating patients and maintaining ethics, including a commitment to
professional confidentiality and privacy related to the affairs of
beneficiaries and workers

•      
Promote the
primary health care goals adopted by the center.

•      
 

Qualifications and experience
required:

University degree in information technology.

Experience in information technology for at least two years.

Languages:Arabic in addition to English or French.
