Monitoring & Evaluation Technical Assistant

Major Duties and Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Data collection Assist with creation of ODK forms and health databases in conjunction with the health team Collect data and complete surveys for follow-up monitoring and evaluation in order to obtain qualitative and quantitative data on the project performance indicators and objectives. Train, assist, and monitor casual labor on surveys, data collection and ensure best practices in the field.   2. Data cleaning Making sure that data is reviewed, cleaned, and then uploaded Reporting any technical issues to the Senior Technical Officer   3. Tablet and phone hardware management Management of daily sign in and sign out of equipment Ensuring that updated survey forms are uploaded on hardware Ensure hardware is properly charged and report Reporting hardware issue to Senior ICT Officer   4. Be flexible, willing to assist in other areas of work as relevant and needed.   5.
