Tasks and duties
- Conduct regular field visits to facilities providing mental health services such as Primary Health Care Centers, Community Mental Health Centers, general hospitals and psychiatric hospitals,
- Follow-up on the integration of mental health within the above facilities,
- Assess progress to targets, and implementation barriers and provide recommendations,
- Facilitate and support the set up and use of the Health information system (HIS) including the Mental health packages,
- Administer facility level checklists and surveys with relevant persons, pertinent to the follow up on the progress of activities and emerging needs/challenges to be addressed,
- Complete all field documentation such as log sheets,
- Coordinate with the relevant supervisor to provide the required support, and
- Prepare monthly reports that summarize activities done.

Education, experience and relevant skills
- Degree in public health, and other related fields,
- A minimum of 5 years of proven previous experience in similar work,
- Fluent in Arabic and English,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Excellent problem-solving skills,
- Excellent organizational skills,
- Good Microsoft office skills,
- Project management experience is a plus,
- Reliability and accountability
- Motorized.
