Tasks and duties
- Planning:
- Develop project action plan in line with the project management SOP
- Plan with the senior health nurse the schedule of staff and support project manager in the development of the action plan
- Coordination and implementation:
- Coordinate day-to-day project implementation and ensure the quality of outcomes as per the action plan set: substantive, administrative and financial aspects, applying strategic planning and systematic coordination of project activities
- Ensure effective communication and coordination internally with other units and externally where asked between different partners within the project
- Ensure all needed preparations for meetings related to the project (agenda, presentation, etc.) and prepare and distribute minutes to all project team members
- Manage all project documentation, including ensuring timely preparation and compilation of mid-term progress report, final project report, work action plans and detailed budgets or any other deliverable to be agreed upon between all partners
- Work closely with relevant team meetings to ensure support, capacity building, and training development for the project
- Monitoring and evaluation:
- Analyze data, dashboards and justify results relating to activities received by the different team members
- Reporting and documentation
- Develop and write project reports (assess the achievement of objectives, indicators….),
Meetings:
- Attend weekly meetings (when needed) with relevant stakeholders
- Attend technical case discussion meeting

Education, experience and relevant skills
- Master’s Degree in Public Health, experience in project management and coordination
- 4-6 years of relevant job experience;
- Master’s Degree in public health or another health major is a plus.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus
- Good planning, organization, decision-making, and liaison skills
- Good communication skills,
- Good problem-solving skills,
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good follow up skills,
- Ability to work under pressure,
- Knowing how to work in a multidisciplinary team,
