Conduct beneficiary satisfaction surveys with service users of the Al Rahma PHCC supported by MdM in Tripoli area under the Strenghtening Access to a Quality, Inclusive and Resilient Healthcare system (SAQIRH) project.
- Review and validate the accuracy and completeness of all information gathered during surveys on a daily basis.
- Operate under the guidance and support of MEAL Officer based in Tripoli field Office.
- Participate in an induction session to cover the survey questionnaire and to familiarise the use of the tablets for data collection.
- Address any discrepancies and report challenges related to the activity to the MEAL Officer.
- Facilitate the daily transfer of information to MEAL Officer, stating the total number of completed surveys, challenges encountered during data collection, feedback from cases requiring special attention, and notable highlights.
Interviewer is required to be present at Al Rahma PHCC at 08:00AM on the days during which data collection is implemented. They end of the activity is expected at the 01:00 PM.
Short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
Skills and education
Education:
A secondary diploma is required, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor's degree. However, exceptions may be made if the candidate's experience aligns effectively with the position.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in community outreach and/or volunteer work, particularly with Vulnerable persons in Lebanon.
- Essential prior experience in engaging with refugee communities to ensure understanding of their perspectives and needs.
Languages:
Fluent Arabic.
Some English is preferable.
Competencies:
- Proficient in conducting interviews, demonstrating an ability to extract relevant information.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to listen carefully and identify points of interest to be elaborated.
- A commitment to respecting confidentiality and adhering to data protection principles.
