Provide psychological support to patients according to MSF principles and protocols
in order to improve the patients’ mental health

PROFILE
 Essential degree or diploma in Psychology (M.A)
 12 months experience minimum as a Clinical Psychologist.
 Desirable previous experience other NGO’s
 Arabic and English essential
 Computer literacy (word, excel and internet)
 Lebanese nationality or residence
 Ability to be mobile in the Middle East (6-12 months assignments in different MSF projects, renewable)

RESPONSIBILITITES
 Carry out evaluation of psychological and mental health needs of patients, elaborate a diagnosis and establish a plan of treatment
 Diagnose any psychological or psychiatric disorder and if necessary, refer the patient to the medical team in order to receive drug treatment
 Provide psychological support and psychotherapy sessions (individual, family, group) to patients
 Collect statistical and monitoring data about mental health activities
 Under the supervision of the Project Medical Referent, collaborate with the medical team and other internal or external actors in order to provide the most appropriate treatment to patients
