(04) Public Health Survey Supervisor – Bekaa Valey

-Scope of responsibility: § Supervise interview teams per designated group.  § Report to study administrator with all necessary information daily. -Function responsibilities include: § Daily human resources management of 10 persons. § Ensure training and guidance of the team (formal/informal) under the supervision of the hierarchical referent. § Carry out all protocol related to the Access To Care Study and communicate with team members any issues that may diverge from protocol.   § Participate in the implementation of the Access To Care Study protocol § Participate actively in the monitoring and the reporting of data collection activities (check surveys for correction, completion, and timeliness). § Complete daily debrief forms, including calculations of total households visited, completed surveys, and villages. § Ensure a relevant transfer of information to the field coordinator and study administrator

-Education required:
Medical, Paramedical, Nursing, Midwife, or other medical specialty degree completion.
-Required qualification:
 High level of pedagogical diplomacy and communication skills.
 Clinical expertise in health areas relevant to project activities.
 Ability to supervise personnel in field settings. Detail oriented.
 Ability to utilize critical thinking and training in the supervision of staff.
