Scope of responsibility:
Under the responsibility of the assistant logistician
• Transport MSF-CH goods and people during weekends and public holidays, and ensure their security.
• Ensure that the assigned vehicle is kept in good condition, in accordance with the MSF logbook.
• Ensure that all administrative arrangements are made for the assigned vehicle
Activities:
• Driving and passenger security
• Upkeep of the vehicle following MSF standards
• Administration and communication
• Mechanical equipment
• Information and reporting
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Type of contract:
Part-time (60%) 6 months fixed term contract (renewable)
Please note: the successful will be expected to work during weekends, nights and public holidays.

Experience required:
• Have driven for at least 5 years, and at least 2 years’ experience as a driver in a NGO or a humanitarian organisation (including 4x4 experience), with a good track record and no accidents.
• In possession of public driving licence, رخصة سوق سباره عمومية
• Be familiar with the different public places in the region and have a good knowledge of basic mechanics
Required qualification and qualities:
• Primary education. Driving licence
• Flexibility, resourcefulness, ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment, open-mindedness, good communication skills, good physical condition, smart appearance
• Good knowledge of English
