-Function responsibilities include: • Daily supervision and management of staff participating in health education activities: weekly schedule, annual leave, absences…etc). • Evaluate needs for training and ensure training of staff (formal/informal), under the supervision of the hierarchical referent. • Perform appraisals. • Field supervision of health education activities: monthly and weekly schedule in each area : Arsal, MA, Hermel and Balbeek: HP session in the clinic and community. • Active participation in HE meeting and lead the HE meeting at clinic level. • Deliver simple to complex information to the community (regarding hygiene, diseases and prevention) using tools (e.g. leaflets) and interaction with the people. • Field supervision of health education activities for emergency intervention (scabies, winterization...). • Report all important information linked to the function activities that should be communicated to the hierarchy. • Propose adjustments and map of the target population through ITSs and settlements mapping. • Activity reports by clinic (compilation of the staff members report by clinic) including activities, analysing and proposition. • Ensure the database filling (follow up of the activities-session).
