MSF is a civil society initiative that brings together individuals committed to the assistance of other human beings in crisis. As such MSF is by choice an association. Each individual working with MSF does it out of conviction and is ready to uphold the values and principles of MSF.   This position is for MSF Bar Elias project activities in the Bekaa Valley. This is NOT the recruitment for the MSF Hospital in Bar Elias. Hospital recruitment will be communicated in the proper chanels before it starts.   MAIN OBJECTIVE OF POSITION Execute, according to hygienic standards, housekeeping, office cleaning and tiding up activities in order to ensure public and staff private areas are in good condition.   ACCOUNTABILITIES   Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets, kitchen and other rooms in MSF houses, in accordance to the Administration Manager instructions; Clean tables, balcony, toilets and other rooms in MSF offices, in accordance to the Administration Manager instructions; Do the laundry, iron clothes and other housekeeping activities; Sweep and mop the floors; Do the dishes and keep the kitchen clean; Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) as required; Restock water cooler gallon as required; Check that the toilets are well stocked with paper, soap and condoms; Keep premises properly locked (doors, windows).   SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS   Desirable Criteria: Experience as a cleaner is an asset Experience in MSF or other NGOs is an asset Communication in English   Competencies: Commitment to MSF’s Principles L1 Behavioral Flexibility L1 Stress Management L1 Results and Quality Orientation L1 Service Orientation L1 Teamwork and Cooperation L1   This job description may be amended in line with the activities or evolution of the Mission.
