Clinic Manager - Tripoli / Akkar (2 Vacancies)

Main purpose: To guarantee the quality and the continuity of the care within his/her appointed clinic, the employee is responsible for the planning, for the organization and for the evaluation of the activities within his/her appointed clinic, and for ensuring the daily management of the human resources. Scope of responsibility: Under the responsibility of the medical team leader (MTL) Plan the need for the clinic activities, and coordinates and ensures the good progress of these activities according to the standards of hygiene Ensure an efficient client flow within the clinic.  Daily management of his(her) team: weekly / monthly timetable, annual leaves, absences, etc., as well as the resolution of problems and conflicts within the team Supervision of the nurses and hygienists Direct supervision of the GPs, Health Promoters, PSEC team and psychologists and the organization of their work in association with their technical referents Definition of training needs and to ensure the nursing training Participation in the evaluation of the staff Carry out and/or supervise the ( decentralized) pharmacy and medical equipment management (drugs orders, follow-up of the stock, storage conditions, inventories, follow-up of expired drugs and their destruction, drugs consumption, etc.) in his or her department, in order to satisfy the needs of material with efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in the development of the Plan of Action Carry-out and/or coordinate administrative (exit-paper, transfer-paper, etc.), information and data collection (patient files, forms, statistics, etc.) tasks, and elaborate regular reporting, in order to have updated and reliable information about the day-to-day activity in the project, output/ outcome and support decision-taking.
