-Scope of responsibility:
Organize an efficient patients’ flow in the waiting area and outside the consultation rooms
Guide patients from waiting area to triage/consultation rooms and from consultation rooms to the pharmacy, following patients’ circuit in the clinic
Ensure that patients receive adequate answers to their questions
-Function responsibilities include:
Welcome patients, screen persons authorized to enter the premises and guide them to reception, prevent the entry of anyone who does not have a valid reason to
Orient physically the patients in the clinic and organize the patient flow.
Reduce the waiting time of our patients.
Communicate the rules/information to the Syrian patients.
Reduce the work load of the nurse helpers, to leave them more time to do triage, registration and vital signs
In the event of an incident, inform the line manager and/or technical adviser
Negotiate for any problem occurring
Prevent the entry of anyone carrying a weapon, in accordance with the principles of the Geneva Convention for the protection of medical units
