Fin Hr Admin Assistant

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the daily accounting: data entry, cash management, accounting documents. Responsible providing  quality of work within the HRM cycle. The admin fin hr assistant assist the admin officer in  all administrative issues for national staff and  international staff at Project level.   FUNCTION  RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Responsible for a small cash box – cash book and related software. Responsible for deadlines and quality of both : paper accounting (vouchers) and electronic accounting (data-entry in software) according to MSF standards Responsible for performing all internal controls as per MSF guidelines and specific instructions received from the Finance manager. Assures a proper salary management with related software Ensures proper follow-up of HR administration related to NS in general and to international staff arrivals/departures and stay. Supports and provides assistance to a qualitative recruitment process. Participates in the organization of training sessions and registration processes. Secretary work including small translation.
