1. Summary of the post Perform consultations and medical follow up for children under 15 and patients enrolled in the Chronic Disease program, according to the MSF treatment. Ensure strict adherence to the lab investigation according to the MSF calendar Ensuring the daily management of the human resources as well as the implementation of the MSF protocols, respect of universal hygiene standards. Supervise data collection. Supervise medical reportage. Supervise pharmacy management.   2. Main activities   a)       Daily Consultations   b)      Ensuring the daily management of the human resources as well as the implementation of the MSF protocols, respect of universal hygiene standards.   c)      Supervise data collection.   d)      Supervise medical reportage.   e)      Supervise pharmacy management.   f)        Communication Ensure good communications with line manager for reporting for severe complications of chronic disease patients, Ensure Patient friendly behaviour attitude  with patients and care takers/ family members Ensure teamwork spirit within mobile health clinic staff, by assisting and giving good guidance to his/her colleagues    g)       Hygiene and infection preventions control Follow the universal precaution (asepsis and hygiene) and the waste management procedure (sharp waste, contaminated waste).   h)       Training/ Meetings   Attend training and meetings done by MSF.   Additional tasks   On request perform any other additional duties given by the immediate supervisor in order to allow the organisation to function optimal
