Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural or man-made disasters.   Scope of responsibilities: Ensure and organise medical activities for patients and/or a population (examination,diagnosis, prevention, prescriptions, patient file) in accordance to the context, to MSF protocols and to universal hygiene standards taking into consideration quality and continuity of care (treat/transfer/admission/transfer of info for the next duty team) and keeping the patient and his family informed about any development, Report immediately to the direct manager any problem arising in the service or the implementation of relevant care in addition of statistics and analysis. Participate in the development of the plan of action
