Scope of responsibility: In a purpose of quality and continuity of care, in its service of affectation, he/she is responsible of planning, organisation and evaluation of activities Ensure the daily management of human resources   Function responsibilities include: Hygiene standards, Lack of autonomy compensation, Treatment and care, Patient surveillance Patient therapeutic education (PTE), Participation to the project monitoring (MSF is an association)   Experience required: 4 years experience as nurse A minimum of 6 months experience with MSF (or 2 years experience in this function outside MSF) A significant ability for management validated by the hierarchic referent.
