Scope of responsibility:

Prepare meals for patients and MSF staff, according to hygiene standards and security rules, in order to ensure their nutritional needs.

Function responsibilities include:

• List item
• Carry out the preparation of meals for staff
• Follow at all times all hygiene standards and security rules.
• Control stock of food so as to ask for anything needed on time, and prepare shopping list and make purchases if required.
• Ensure meals to be served on time.
• If applicable set table before every meal and clean it up after each meal.
• Ensure cleanliness of all facilities, utensils and equipment.
• If domestic cook, ensure the provision of drinkable water during the day and when she / he leaves: cleaning, filling the filter and empty bottles, changing batteries if necessary.
• Look after all equipment provided.
• Keep an inventory of MSF kitchen utensils and equipment, i.e. plates, glasses, cutlery, cookware, etc., and ensure its integrity.
• Report all important information (lost, robbery, damages, deterioration, incident, etc.).to superior

Requirements

Education

• Literacy essential, course on cooking desirable

Experience

• Previous experience desirable.

مجال المسؤولية: إعداد الوجبات للمرضى وعمال MSF، وفقًا للمعايير الصحية وقواعد الأمان، لضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم الغذائية.

تشمل المسؤوليات الوظيفية:

• إعداد الوجبات للعاملين.

• تنفيذ إعداد الوجبات للموظفين.

• اتباع جميع معايير الصحة والسلامة في جميع الأوقات.

• مراقبة مخزون الطعام لطلب أي احتياجات في الوقت المناسب، وإعداد قائمة المشتريات وإجراء الشراء إذا لزم الأمر.

• ضمان تقديم الوجبات في الوقت المحدد.

• إذا لزم الأمر، إعداد الطاولة قبل كل وجبة وتنظيفها بعد كل وجبة.

• ضمان نظافة جميع المرافق والأدوات والمعدات.

• إذا كانت الطباخة منزلية، التأكد من توفير المياه الصالحة للشرب طوال اليوم وعند مغادرتها: تنظيف الفلاتر وملء الزجاجات الفارغة، وتغيير البطاريات إذا لزم الأمر.

• العناية بكل المعدات المتوفرة.

• الاحتفاظ بجرد للأواني والمعدات الخاصة بمطبخ MSF، مثل الصحون، الكؤوس، الأدوات، وأدوات الطهي، وضمان سلامتها.

• الإبلاغ عن جميع المعلومات الهامة (ضياع، سرقة، تلف، تدهور، حادث، إلخ) إلى المسؤول المباشر.

المتطلبات:

التعليم

• الإلمام بالقراءة والكتابة أمر أساسي، دورة في الطهي مرغوبة.

الخبرة

• خبرة سابقة مرغوبة.

اللغات

• أساسي: إجادة تامة للغة العربية بشكل مهني.

• مرغوب فيه: إجادة متوسطة للغة الإنجليزية.
