-Scope of responsibility:
Plan, organize, and evaluate the activities concerning the clinic and the team associated, according to MSF values, policies and protocols and universal health standards.
-Function responsibilities include:
- Carry out the functions and tasks associated to the clinic management (logistics, HR and Finance, medical)
- Implement all the protocols and hygiene procedures, supervise his/her team follow the same standards
- Organize and coordinate the activities of the employees, incl. People Management
- Carry out and/or supervise the (decentralized) pharmacy and medical equipment management
- Carry-out and/or coordinate administrative information and data collection (patient files, forms, statistics, etc.) tasks, and elaborate regular reporting, in order to have updated and reliable information about the day-to-day activity in the project, output/ outcome and support decision-taking.
-Experience required:
- Either Nurse/midwife/MD diploma essential.
- Essential 2 years of previous professional experience. Having worked in MSF or other NGO’s and management experience are an asset.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (oral and written)
- Essential computer literacy (word, excel and internet
