  Job Summary This Zahle based position contributes to the mission of the organization by facilitating the MTI projects in Lebanon.   RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Transport MTI staff and volunteers Ensure that the vehicle is clean and being representative (interior as well as exterior) at all times. Refill the car each time the tank is half-full. Drive carefully at all times and ensure safety of the passengers, other road users, and the assigned vehicle Pay the traffic violation if he exceeds the speed limit or breaks any other traffic law Assist in other duties in the office as assigned by the immediate supervisor when not undertaking transport facilitation Assist international staff and volunteers during their stay Assist in the office logistics and procurement of supplies Ensure that non-MTI staff travelling in MTI vehicles will sign a disclaimer (waiver) form Support security protocols   Essential Minimum Qualifications Required: Lebanese driving license category 3 for at least 2 years. Good knowledge of the geographically assigned environment Basic mechanical skills Minimum of 2 years of driving experience in short and long distance routes. Basic safety skills   Desired Qualifications:  Arabic and English language skills; knowledge of French is a plus Prior international organizational experience is preferred Should be quick in understanding, keen on taking instructions, and able to work with minimum supervision Training in security protocols highly desirable
