- Assisting in all administrative matters in efficient and effective manner providing quality support
- Supporting for HR Associate administrative work and acting as back-up for HR Associate during the leaves
- Providing support and assistance to staff, consultants, partners, organization vendors and visitors
- Handling all travel requests and bookings
- Handling logistical arrangements of meetings/conferences/events
- Writing monthly/Quarterly reports as needed
- Assisting the HR in Collecting and maintaining inventory of office equipment and supplies
- Coordinating with HR Associate to arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the foundation, by coordinating administrative support based on requirements of the office
- Handling procurement of office supplies and stationary and purchase requests
- Handling the Foundation’s petit cash
- Performing other duties as required

- Previous experience as administrative assistant required.
- Accomplishes tasks accurately, thoroughly, and with a keen eye for detail both with quantitative and qualitative data
- Efficient time management and the ability to think outside the box to meet expectations.
- Ability to work both under direction and autonomously with a “can-do” attitude.
- Fully proficient in Arabic and English.
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
