Administrative Assistant

  • Assisting in all administrative matters in efficient and effective manner providing quality support
  • Supporting for HR Associate administrative work and acting as back-up for HR Associate during the leaves
  • Providing support and assistance to staff, consultants, partners, organization vendors and visitors
  • Handling all travel requests and bookings
  • Handling logistical arrangements of meetings/conferences/events
  • Writing monthly/Quarterly reports as needed
  • Assisting the HR in Collecting and maintaining inventory of office equipment and supplies
  • Coordinating with HR Associate to arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the foundation, by coordinating administrative support based on requirements of the office
  • Handling procurement of office supplies and stationary and purchase requests
  • Handling the Foundation’s petit cash
  • Performing other duties as required

  • Previous experience as administrative assistant required.
  • Accomplishes tasks accurately, thoroughly, and with a keen eye for detail both with quantitative and qualitative data
  • Efficient time management and the ability to think outside the box to meet expectations.
  • Ability to work both under direction and autonomously with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Fully proficient in Arabic and English.
  • Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
