Data Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyse the data set collected from pre post-test and other quantitative tools
• Contribute to the writing of monitoring & evaluation reports
• Support in developing and strengthening monitoring and evaluation procedures
• Assess and report all risks and challenges being faced during the implementation of the program
• Recommend improvements to the components of the logical framework and assess the suitability and practicality of the indicators and means of verification used
• Perform other duties as requested by the Programs manager, when requested
• Good knowledge on how to use SPSS of other data analysis softwares

Skills & Qualifications:

• University Degree in a related field (Public Health, Statistics, other related field)
• 1-2 years experience in related field
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills
• Accomplishes tasks accurately, thoroughly, and with a keen eye for detail both with quantitative and qualitative data
• Efficient time management and the ability to think outside the box to meet expectations.
• Ability to work both under direction and autonomously with a “can-do” attitude.
