As a Programs Intern, you will support the planning and execution of youth-focused programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the design and implementation of various programs and workshops.
- Conducting research to identify key challenges and opportunities in youth development.
- Supporting program monitoring and evaluation efforts, including data collection and impact assessment.
- Collaborating with team members to develop creative solutions that enhance program effectiveness.
- Providing administrative support for program activities, including scheduling, preparing materials, and maintaining records.
- Participating in meetings and discussions, offering insights and contributing ideas for program improvement.
- Assisting in outreach and engagement efforts to connect with beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders.
