Advocacy/Legal Consultant Call     In the frame of the TEA project, Towards Environmental Advocacy: Building Capacities of Civil Society Organizations, MEPI Lebanon Alumni Association is recruiting a consultant with experience in conducting legal studies and advocacy campaigns.   The project aims at empowering civil society organizations on environmental advocacy and supporting them  lead a national campaign towards an environmental cause.   TEA project aims at empowering civil society organization with the needed skills to lead an advocacy campaigns towards an environmental law.   Until this date, 15 organizations have been trained on the following topics: Theories about the Environment What is Advocacy How to Campaign Budget Advocacy Fundraising Social Media in Advocacy   After going through these trainings, the NGOs have decided that the theme of the advocacy campaign that they want to work on is:   Increasing Green Spaces   Candidates will be responsible of conducting the legal study and assisting in the implementation of the advocacy campaign.   Interested applicants can send their profile with a cover letter to: teaproject@mepi-laa.org with the subject being “Advocacy/Legal Consultant”.   For more info, don’t hesitate to contact us on:   Rami Shamma: 00961 71 936 559 – ramishamma@gmail.com Mazen Kadi: 00961 76 654 254 – mgkadi@hotmail.com
