Mercy Corps - RFP # 8019 Mentoring Sessions

Mercy Corps is aiming to establish a partnership with local or community-based organizations to deliver mentoring sessions voluntarily for women and men aged between 16 and 34, from Lebanese, Syrian and Palestinian nationalities for up to 100 youth per year per area (Bekaa and South).

 

The mentoring session’s purpose is to provide support on access to employment and job placement by covering different topics based on the mentee’s requirements, such topics may include but are not limited to:

  • Career development (CV writing, Interview skills, job search, etc..)
  • Communication and interview skills (presentation skills, negotiating skills, work ethics, conflict management, etc..)
  • Time management (setting priorities, planning & scheduling, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, etc..)
  • Personal Development (Self-confidence, Motivation)
  • Soft skills development (Stress management, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, etc…).
  • Other
