A Mandatory Q&A session will be held at Mercy Corps Offices on March 21, 2018 at 11:00 am.
Bids must be submitted back in sealed enveloped to Mercy Corps Beirut Office (Bee Center, 2nd Floor, Alfred Naccache Str., Ashrafieh, Lebanon) on or before April 3, 2018 at 04:00 PM. (Lebanon time)
Only bids submitted in prescribed form and deadlines will be considered.
