Mercy Corps is in the process of collecting proposals for the provision of Hotel and Meeting Room (s) Services for an upcoming large meeting that will be held in October 2018.
Interested Applicants must ensure the below minimum requirements in order to be eligible to participate in this tender:
- Hotel / Venue must have at least a 4 star rating or equivalent
- Up to 70 available hotel rooms between Oct 08 2018 and Oct 12 2018
- a Conference room spacious enough to comfortably accomodate 70+ persons in round tables setup from Oct 9 2018 till Oct 11 2018
- Locations outside Beirut in calm mountainous areas and close to touristic sites are preferred
