A Q&A session will be held on Tuesday October 30, 2018 at 11:00 am at Mercy Corps offices in Beirut.
Bids must be submitted back in sealed envelopes to Mercy Corps Beirut Office on or before 5 November 2018 at 12:00 noon.
Only bids submitted in prescribed form will be considered.
