Call For Cvs To Support New Livelihood Program

Mercy Corps Lebanon is looking for a range of development professionals for potential short and long term assignments on programs in Lebanon, specifically the North, Beirut, and Bekaa Valley, ranging from technical specialists, program implementers to experienced team leaders. Specific skill sets we are looking for include:   Experience leading teams and managing a series of complex activities   Experience in the Making Markets Work for the Poor (M4P) approach   Technical expertise in SME Development, Workforce Skills Development, Waste Management and Rural development – including rich experience with the value chain approach and working with the private sector   Financial expertise – including fund & grant management, audit & due diligence, micro- & rural finance, services for Small/Medium Enterprises (SME’s) and financial sector development programs in developing economies, and mobilizing public and private sector finance to help achieve project goals   Capacity building with governments and civil society organizations (CSOs), demonstrating effective transfer of skills   Advanced Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, International Development desired   Proficiency in survey design, database management and data analysis   Strong analytical abilities and English writing and speaking skills   Arabic fluency in speaking and writing desired   People with entry-level to senior-level experience.   The positions are both on a consultant and full-time basis
