Scope of Services: 1) Construction Cultural center in Beqaasafrin, Dannieh a) Project description: construction of cultural center in Beqasafrin, the center consists of one floor (basement level, with two elevations, the other two elevations are retaining wall), the floor area is approximate 195 sqm. The floor plan is already available (preliminary design, without details) also the preliminary BOQ is available. The project includes one multipurpose hall, 2 offices, toilets and pantry and staircase to above. b) Scope of services: Prepare detailed BOQ and cost estimate for the construction works including earthworks, concrete, waterproofing, finishes, masonry, doors & windows, cabinetery, electrical and mechanical works. The description of BOQ items shall be detailed enough to include particular specifications of each item, or alternatively specifications can done as a separate document (attachment). c) Deliverables: Detailed priced BOQ, particular specifications (unless it is included in the BOQ). d) Submission of deliverables: 10 Jan 2017. 2) Fit-out works of cultural center in Bakhoun a) Project description: interior fit-out works of cultural center in Beqasafrin, the building already existing which consists of one ground floor and mezzanine (approximate area is 300sqm). The interior design drawings, BOQ, and specifications are under preparation and will be issued on 10th Jan 2017. The project includes one meeting space, administrative office, book shelves, reception desk, lounge, and reading tables and chairs. The fit-out works include painting, dry partitions and doors, fixed furniture, lighting, IT network. b) Scope of services: prepare cost estimate of the BOQ (BOQ prepared by others). c) Deliverables: Priced BOQ (the unpriced BOQ to be done by others). d) Submission of deliverables: 20 Jan 2017. 3) Fit-out works of Community center in Aasoun a) Project description: interior fit-out works of community center in Aasoun, the building already existing which consists of Basement floor, mezzanine floor, and ground floor. The fit-out works are only in basement (approx.400 sqm) and in Mezzanine (approx. 75sqm). The project includes one administrative rooms, multipurpose rooms, reception desk, lounge, library, and medical inspection room, toilets and kitchen. The fit-out works include internal masonry, painting, dry partitions and gypsum ceilings, doors, fixed furniture, electrical and mechanical works, waterproofing for wet areas, finishes works. b) Scope of services: field survey to draft the existing floor layouts, design development (plans layouts, sections, and typical details) and Prepare detailed BOQ and cost estimate for the fit-out works. The description of BOQ items shall be detailed enough to include particular specifications of each item, or alternatively specifications can done as a separate document (attachment). c) Deliverables: Drawings, Detailed priced BOQ, particular specifications (unless it is included in the BOQ). d) Submission of deliverables: 15 Jan 2017. 4) General requirements: a) Designer to visit the site as needed to perform the required services. b) All deliverable shall be submitted in soft copy editable versions (excel, word, CAD) and PDF. c) All quantities shall be calculated based on geometrical measurements without any wastage or spare provisions.
