Mercy Corps responsibilities
For the duration of this internship assignment the intern will receive:
- Workstation with computer, internal database and office resources
- All other tools, materials and communication requirements for this project to be undertaken

The Mercy Corps Lebanon team consists of over 150 staff working across five offices throughout Mount Lebanon, South Lebanon, Tripoli and the Bekaa Valley.
The intern will work in the Operations Department.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- To better understand Administration and Procurement in the non-profit sectors
Tasks of the Internship:
- Assist Administration staff with daily work
- Assist in mainting appropriate filing system for all MC leases
- Assist Procurement in following up with suppliers/contractors
- Assist Procurement in digitizing all data
Mercy Corps interns and volunteers represent the agency both during and outside of work hours and are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and respect local laws, customs and MC's policies, procedures, and values at all times and in all in-country venues.
