ATM Monitor - Akkar Part time

Main Responsibilities

• Overseeing and monitoring the redemption process at the ATMs points Akkar attika, Minyara, Kweshra, Tleil & Hissa
• Ensure that ATMs are working properly.
• Ensuring the appropriateness of crowd management by the responsible personnel.
• Reporting any incidents cases to the direct line manager
• Filling out and reporting any requested monitoring tools.
• Working hours will be from 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM from Monday till Saturday (working days will be up to 10 days per month)

Minimum Hiring Requirements 

• High School
• At least 1-2 years of practical experience in field work monitoring in a non-governmental organization
• Good spoken and written Arabic and English
• Knowledge and skills in computer usage including word and excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Priority will be given to candidates living in Akkar area (Akkar attika, Minyara, Kweshra, Tleil & Hissa) as the distribution sites are located in Akkar governorate
