Position Title: MEAL Staff

Hiring Manager: MEAL Coordinator

Contract Type: Full time, 12 months

Office Location: Tripoli / Lebanon

Monthly Gross Salary: 500 to 600$

Job Purpose

The MEAL staff will be responsible for implementing the varying daily, monthly and quarterly monitoring activities and assessments as per project/program pre-set plan.

Main Responsibilities

Conduct meal assessments

Collecting data using Kobo-toolbox or similar apps

Work with sensitive vulnerable populations to collect feedback

Documenting activities 

Conducting household level surveys and focus group discussions

Perform daily check-ins at the redemption sites.

Support in data cleaning, analysis and drafting of M&E reports.

Minimum Hiring Requirements 

Degree of social science, business administration or a related field

At least two years of practical experience in field work, monitoring in a non-governmental organisation

Good spoken and written Arabic and English

Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft word and Excel’

Able to use Kobo collect or similar apps

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Personal and organisational skills, including time management and ability to meet deadlines.
