Job Purpose
The Field Monitor will be responsible for Monitoring the withdrawal activities at the ATMs and ensure that the crowd is well managed and maintained by the responsible personnel (security guard). Moreover, report any incidents such as (cases of extortion, line- up of crowds, ATMs out of service and out of cash and other incidents).
In addition, the Field Monitor will be responsible for filling out the ATM monitoring tool daily and report to the direct line manager.
Main Responsibilities
✓ Overseeing and monitoring the redemption process at the ATMs points
✓ Ensure that ATMs are working properly.
✓ Ensuring the appropriateness of crowd management by the responsible personnel.
✓ Reporting any incidents cases to the direct line manager
✓ Filling out and reporting any requested monitoring tools.
Minimum Hiring Requirements
✓ Degree in social sciences or relevant fields
✓ At least 1-2 years of practical experience in field work monitoring in a non-governmental organization
✓ Good spoken and written Arabic and English
✓ Knowledge and skills in computer usage including word and excel.
✓ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✓ Priority will be given to candidates living in Akkar area as the distribution sites are located in Akkar governorate.
