MDF/ REAF Program - Pitching Trainer

Qualifications:

• Expertise and experience in entrepreneurship / soft skills training. A Minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
• Demonstratable knowledge of the various fields related to pitching including but not limited to Body Language, Public Speaking, Negotiation Skills, Slide Design…
• An experienced trainer who is comfortable with ambiguity and able to adjust the approach to the specific need of the participants.
• Effective communicator with any audience in an organized, professional manner.
• Creative problem-solver with thorough attention to detail.
• Desire to deeply understand and empathize with our participants.
• Prior work experience in the country and Beqaa region.
• Strong analytical and training skills.
• Ability to present complex information in a concise and convincing manner, and to use innovative forms of communication.
• Excellent oral and written Arabic and English language.
