Communication & Dissemination Officer

MIDAL Association is seeking a qualified and motivated Communication & Dissemination Officer to join its team. This position plays a strategic role in strengthening the organization’s visibility, public presence, and dissemination of activities, results, and impact at the national and international levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support communication and dissemination activities in line with MIDAL’s communication strategy.
• Develop and manage content for digital platforms, including social media, website, and newsletters.
• Contribute to the design and production of communication and visibility materials.
• Support the organization, promotion, and documentation of events, campaigns, and public activities.
• Ensure compliance with donor, EU, and partner visibility and branding requirements.
• Disseminate organizational and project results to women, youth, institutions, donors, and relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Profile:

• University degree in Communication, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in communication and dissemination within civil society, development, or humanitarian contexts.
• Excellent writing, editing, and digital communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex programs and concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible messages.
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to details.
