Research Intern

The Middle East Institute for Research and Strategic Studies (MEIRSS) encourages graduate and post-graduate students to apply to be Research Interns. 

The Research Intern is expected to provide support to MEIRSS researchers with the following:
- Media monitoring, profiling, and data gathering
- Documentation and filing
- Assisting with drafting Policy Briefs and Media Summaries 
- Providing general logistical/organizational support to the team as required

Successful applicants will also have access to all MEIRSS events.

The position is unpaid; a monthly remuneration is provided for transportation expenses.

Requirements: BA or MA in International Relations, Political Science, Middle East Studies or any related field; excellent skills in the Microsoft Word; good command of Arabic and English; French is a plus. Previous experience in research is welcomed.
