Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments using standardized tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5).
- Conduct group sessions if needed.
- Ensure informed consent and confidentiality at all times.
- Provide referral to specialized MHPSS/psychiatric services when needed.
- Maintain secure and ethical clinical documentation.
- Follow MSD’s ethical, PSEA, and safeguarding practices.
- Be part of the national mental health meetings.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology and license in practicing.
- 2+ years NGO experience.
- Strong understanding of protection ethics and confidentiality.
- SH+ in a plus.
