Social Worker - South Lebanon

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide structured case management.
• Facilitate group-based PSS sessions (women, youth, caregivers).
• Support Mental Health Ambassadors and community engagement.
• Deliver awareness sessions.
• Implement safe identification and referral procedures (IARF).
• Maintain ethical documentation with confidentiality.
• Uphold MSD ethical and safeguarding standards at all times.
• Case management:
  • Assess the client’s needs and risks
  • Develop an individual case plan
  • Provide follow-up and support
  • Make internal and external referrals
  • Document all information in the social file
  • Close the case when goals are achieved

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years NGO experience.
• Strong understanding of protection ethics and confidentiality.
• SH+ in a plus.
