- Providing employment contract for staff selected by MAG as per MAG recruitment procedures.
- All the employees will be asked to perform as per the MAG Terms of Refences (ToR) and Job Descriptions (JD).
- During the employment contract period all the employees are obligated to follow MAG’s HR Handbook, policies and procedures and any disciplinary action will be taken as per the MAG policies.
- Pay salary and other benefits to the employees in monthly basis as per the employment contract, MAG monthly payroll allocations and national law.
- Provide monthly payslips to all the employees.
- Submit all the NSSF documents and payment on monthly basis to NSSF and submit the copies of the all the payment receipts to MAG.
- Handling all the employee’s labour related matters with The Ministry of Labour (Eg. staff disciplinary matters, Staff hand book approval).
- Finalize staff income tax in coordination with The Ministry of Finance.
- Inform MAG if any changes in Labour Law and NSSF legislations.
- MAG will appoint a dedicated HR Officer to handle all the service provider’s MAG related matters. This position will be working from MAG office and assist service provider as per the service providers ToR.
- It is service providers responsibility to pay the end of service benefit payment differences, according to NSSF final calculation for any employee who resigned during the contract period.
- Both parties can terminate the service contract by giving three month written notice.
- This service for 12 months starting from 01/01/2020 to 31/12/2020.
- MAG will pay for this service on monthly basis. Please provide service fee for the below given options;
- Less than 50 employees
- Less than 100 employees
- Less than 150 employees
- Less than 200 employees
- Less than 250 employees
- Less than 300 employees
