The Mines Advisory Group (MAG Lebanon) is a humanitarian, non-profit organization that has a vision for a safe and secure future for men, women and children affected by armed violence and conflict. Since 1989 we have worked in more than 40 countries to save lives and build futures by:
• Reclaiming land contaminated with remnants of conflict, such as landmines, cluster munitions, bombs, shells and mortars;
• Finding ways to reduce the daily risk of death or injury for civilians;
• Creating safe and secure conditions for development free from armed violence.

How to Apply
The bidders are asked to offer a fixed price for an initial contractual period of 12-months. The successful bidder will then be awarded a Fixed-Price Framework Agreement with MAG holding the prices fixed for the length of the contract.
Tenderers MUST be able complete and return the following documents:
• Annex 1 – Uniform Bid Submission Form, filled, signed and stamped.
• Annex 1A-Uniforms Sample Photos and Characteristics, Signed and Stamped.
• Annex 2 - Supplier Profile and Registration Form, filled, signed and stamped.
• Annex 3 - Supplier Ethical Standards, signed and stamped.
• Annex 4 - MAG General Conditions of Contract for the Procurement of Goods, signed and stamped.
• Annex 5 - Tender and Contract Award Acknowledge Certificate.
• Copy of Business Registration and licenses (the Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence of its status as an eligible and qualified bidder)
