Principal Responsibilities
A CL Team Leader will be expected to carry out some or all of the following activities, but not limited to:
- Data gathering and liaising with community in order to determine the threat.
- Deliver MRE to target groups at risk.
- Monitoring attendance of his/ her team.
- Liaise with local authorities (Municipalities, Mayors…).
- Responsible for completing all CL team reports, documentation and forms as per MAG Lebanon SOP’s.
- Apply proper safety measures
- Record the impact of MAG work and the need for future work through the collection of beneficiaries & land use forms, case studies, photographs and needs assessments.
- Communicate respectfully with all members of the community.
- Continually monitor the skills, attitudes and approaches of the CLOs and reporting their progress to the CLM.
- Complete the weekly RE and NTS plan
- Cover the CLO role when on leave, sick or absent for any other reason.
- Keep the CLM informed about current progress, recommendations, plus any difficulties encountered which may affect MAG’s activities.
- Develop weekly plan for his/her team.
- Handover of survey data to Site Supervisor when clearance task is being issued.
General
All MAG staff is expected to undertake the following general duties:
- Work towards achieving departmental business plan objectives.
- Work within the framework of MAG’s core values, promoting it’s ethos and mission statement.
- Work as part of a team and liaise with other departments to ensure effective communications across the organization.
- Ensure familiarity with and adhere to all MAG policies and procedures and safeguarding framework.
- Ensure confidentiality of information as required by MAG policies and procedures.
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to the post as may be required.
- Aware of gender mainstreaming and ready to participate in gender awareness courses/training
