Principal Responsibilities
- Reporting data weekly through IMSMA Core.
- Ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly reports to R/LMAC meet quality standards as part of internal QA/ QC mechanisms.
- Identify and solve problems with existing reporting formats to ensure that they meet monitoring and evaluation contractual and internal requirements, together with ISM.
- Develop new reporting formats to meet internal and external reporting goals, if required with coordination with ISM.
- Provide additional information to the ISM on CL activities for donor reporting purposes.
- Liaise with NMAA on reporting issues with permission from ISM.
- Adding tasks to OMIS
- LR Report on IMSMA Core.
- Checking assigned Tasks on IMSMA Core and downloading them properly
- Creating shape files for LR reports
- Creating TS and CLR activities on IMSMA Core
- Creating NTS Polygons for NTS on Pro
- OMIS v2.0 all forms and DBs filling
- OMIS Backup
- IMSMA Core Progress Report
- Implementing new Database Modules and forms to automatize some tasks under direct supervision from ISM
- Creating and updating OMIS Forms.
- Creating and updating OMIS Web Maps.
- Creating and updating OMIS Web apps.
- Creating and updating OMIS Dashboards.
- Conducting drone surveys.
- Updating OMIS Datastore.
- Creating New ERPs to support the programme.
Data Processing and communication
- Data interpreting and reporting within internal and external reports to the PO, CD, and TOM.
- Providing support for the preparation and publication of external reports.
- Providing QA/QC on data processing on OMIS.
- Modifying Data on OMIS
Completion:
- Conduct Quality Assurance of data and task dossiers for completion as necessary, and report to the TOM for review when needed.
- Provide clearance information output when it is required by the Technical Operations Manager or other staff.
- Provide completion information where there is a change of requirement from MAG / RMAC, to all teams.
- Measure completed Tasks using DGPS.
- Prepare task folders for handover and completion.
- Conduct completion visits with RMAC officers.
- Close liaison with RMAC regarding completion.
- Ensure that all the Completion Data and Information are up-to-date, and saved as per the documents completion process.
- Finally, PDF completed & handed over the task, update the Excel completion sheet, and store completion Information.
GIS
- Liaise with ISM to promote and develop the use of GIS around the program.
- Capture existing information for use within the system, including establishing procedures to maintain the data.
- Work with ISM on producing maps through GIS.
- Assist ISM in monitoring GIS through OMIS.
- Assist ISM to develop new GIS Engines according to Programme needs.
- Assist ISM to develop new GIS modules.
Communication and Reporting
- Assist in information management as required.
- Work as part of a team and liaise with other MAG personnel and Mine Action personnel to ensure a beneficial flow of information regarding Mine Action-related issues for the benefit of the MAG Lebanon programme.
