Principal Responsibilities
- To ensure all MAG vehicles and mechanical assets are in a safe, roadworthy condition at all times.
- Undertake all servicing, inspection repair and overhaul of MAG mechanical assets and vehicles, along with the mechanic and the assistant mechanic, under the direction of Mechanical and Fleet Manager.
- Report to the MFM all findings or trends throughout the MAG fleet of vehicles, machinery, generators and equipment.
- Work safely, and in accordance with the guidelines set by workshop management staff.
- Undertake any other task required to keep the fleet running smoothly, as directed by the workshop management staff.
- Operate at different locations according to the needs.
- Accommodate at different MAG Lebanon bases for the sake of conducting repairs or trainings.
- Physical check over equipment and tools at the workshop, and report missing tools.
- Submit reports of conducted repairs, time-based set by MFM.
- Ensure workshop tools, equipment, and infrastructure are always at their best conditions.
- Ensure that the MFM is fully briefed on all mechanical issues and any key difficulties arising.
- Submit accurate reports as directed by the MFM if required.
Preferable Qualifications
- Welding skills (arc, TIG, MIG)
- Basic English Language
- Basic Computer skills
- Heavy duty driving license and experience
Must have a valid driving licence
GENERAL
All MAG staff is expected to undertake the following general duties:

- Work as part of a team and liaise with other departments to ensure effective communications across the organization.

- Ensure confidentiality of information as required by MAG policies and procedures.
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to the post as may be required.
