Graphic Design Trainer

Montada Plus is a Lebanese organization dedicated to economic empowerment and education. It focuses on equipping youth—particularly those in marginalized or crisis-affected communities—with remote work skills and training opportunities. The organization implements innovative development projects, delivers specialized workshops in entrepreneurship and employability, and promotes digital skill-building for sustainable livelihoods

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive graphic design training programs from beginner to advanced levels.
  • Provide fully free training sessions as part of the organization’s development initiatives.
  • Teach key design software including:
  1. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
  • Create engaging and practical curricula tailored to the needs of targeted youth groups.
  • Monitor trainees’ progress and offer technical and educational support when needed.
  • Contribute to the development of visual content for the organization when required.
  • Apply interactive teaching methods and real-life design examples to enhance learning outcomes.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in graphic design training or teaching.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct both in-person and online training (Zoom, Google Meet, etc. ).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of modern design tools, trends, and best practices.
