Program Officer

General duties and responsibilities: The program officer will ensure the quality implementation of activities and oversee all logistical details. They will also play a vital role in the continuous monitoring of the project implementation and will routinely collect feedback from communities to tailor the project to their newly emerging needs. The project officer will report directly to the program manager, and will assist them in reporting. Program Officer:   Implementing project activities in a timely manner ensuring good quality action and credible outcomes; Drafting monthly reports about the progress of the project’s implementation. Reporting on a regular basis to the Program Manager. Assisting the Program Manager in drafting reports to donors. Documenting and archiving of materials. Publication coordination from conception to printing to distribution (Quarterly newsletter – Brochures- Posters…).
