Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs with the team in accordance with project goals and donor requirements.
- Supervise project coordinators and program staff, ensuring strong team collaboration and performance.
- Ensure that activities are inclusive, rights-based, and meet the needs of individuals from diverse SOGIE backgrounds and people at risk
- Develop new program proposals
- Monitor program budgets with the finance team and ensure compliance with financial and administrative regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, donors, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.
- Ensure quality and timely reporting to donors, management, and partners.
- Contribute to organizational learning by capturing best practices, lessons learned, and success stories through timely reporting.
- Represent MOSAIC in external coordination meetings, events, and relevant networks.
- Promote staff well-being and team care practices in line with MOSAIC’s internal policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Rights, International Relations, Development Studies, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- At minimum of 8 years plus of relevant work experience, including 3 years in a managerial or coordination role.
- Strong experience in program/project cycle management (planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation).
- Experience working with SOGIE-diverse individuals, marginalized groups, and rights-based organizations is a strong asset.
- Proven skills in leadership, team management, problem-solving, and partnership building.
- Excellent writing and reporting skills, especially for donor communications.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; French is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Familiarity with donor regulations (e.g., UN agencies, EU, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
