  ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• User Support
  • IT support troubleshoot users’ computer problems, determine sources of issues, and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Support Staff in the office to resolve in-place IT issues
  • Administrator on IT software/systems, if available.
• Network Monitoring and Maintenance
  • Diagnose and fix network problems or potential problems.
  • Maintain other networked equipment, including but not limited to: printers, scanners, and web conferencing systems.

• Uphold and promote the commitment to ensuring the safeguarding and safety of the vulnerable communities served;
• Consistent with safeguarding and protection policies, ensure all people who come into contact with MAMAN are as safe as possible.

Working Conditions

The Job Holder will be working from MAMAN’s office in Bekaa
