Description:
- Support students to help them stay in school and succeed academically.
- Identify students who need extra help and create plans to assist them.
- Keep track of student attendance, participation, and how well they are doing in their classes.
- Create and put into action plans to help students who are having academic or other challenges.
- Work with teachers and staff to arrange services that support students.
- Check to see how well programs to help students are working and suggest ways to make them better.
- Lead activities to make sure students are involved and successful.
- Make sure students feel supported and part of the school community.
- Write reports and give talks about the programs to help students stay in school and how well they are working.
- Plan and prepare lessons and topics to be given to the class on a daily and a weekly basis
- Coordinate with teachers of the same level concerning the daily and weekly plans
- Report the plans to the Social Worker,HOC and the project coordinator
- Deliver the material of the plan on a daily basis to the children
- Maintain class order and organization
- Document children’s attendance
- Report the progress of the children through assessments on a timely basis
- Fill the pre-tests and post-tests assigned by MEHE with the children
- Ensure the safety of the children while being in class
- Submit monthly timesheets to the HOC
- Participate in all relevant meetings and capacity-building programs
- Understand and comply with the Child Protection and ECE Policy
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
- Daily Observation for the children
- Conducting Quiz with the children
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or any related field.
- Relevant experience working with young children in a childcare setting.
- Strong communication and personal skills.
