Job description:

Facilitating Career Guidance workshops

Helping beneficiaries to make a decision upon their needs about their careers

Use achievement and aptitude tests to help beneficiaries get a better idea of what they're good at

Evaluate beneficiaries' educational in order to help them determine what they need to do next to achieve their goals

Advise students about what courses and educational programs they need for particular careers

Global assessment of the interests and projects of pupils aged 12 to 17 enrolled in tutoring sessions, on the basis of questionnaires distributed to pupils.

Identification of the desires, capacities and projects of each student

Help beneficiaries select the right vocational training, technical schools or universities for their needs

Preparation of a training guide:

For vocational training

For young people in Grade 8 and 9

For young people in S2 and S3

Organization of 8 quarterly orientation sessions in the form of job forums to connect companies and relevant training offers with the projects and interests expressed by the different groups. These forums will be held within the MS centers, and will provide more information on the opportunities available to beneficiaries.

Identification and support of pre-identified children according to their projects at open days in the various vocational training courses available to meet teachers and graduates and to clarify their professional projects.

Meetings with people who have succeeded in their professional projects to inspire and motivate young people and their parents about their opportunities and possibilities.

Individual sessions for children by expressing the need to help them clarify and define their professional projects and identify relevant training.

Sensitization of parents on the importance of training for their children and help them understand the different training opportunities and offers available to them in order to guarantee continuity and retention of young people in technical and vocational training.
